Critter Capture Wild Pest Removal operates in Shawnee County, Kansas with regular service to Jackson, Jefferson, Osage, and Wabunse counties of Kansas. I am a local owner and operator, licensed through the state of Kansas for nuisance animal damage control. I define a nuisance animal as one that decides to live in your house (rent free) and refuses to leave. I handle rats, bats, moles, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, snakes, beaver, muskrats, wasps, bees, groundhogs, fox, badgers, coyote and birds. I also provide free services if someone has a problem with deer or turkeys. If the landowner consents to allow hunting, I can remove a limited amount of both animals during both hunting seasons.

I also provide prevention services, such as attic and chimney screens, as well as skunk proofing of porches. I can repair most damage to soffit and siding or whatever need may arise.

Skunks are generally found under a porch or sidewalk. Raccoons are usually in the attic or the fireplace. Squirrels are found mostly in the attic but occasionally are found stuck in the chimney.

There are 14 species of bats in Kansas. The most common you will find in the house is the little brown bat. This bat has a body the size of a mouse and a wingspan of 7-8 inches.
